The 20-year-old has caught the eye of Spurs scouts during his successful loan stint at Championship outfit Birmingham City.
In his five appearances for the Midlands side he has won the man of the match accolade twice, and has also earned his first senior call-up to the Wales squad, replacing injured Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Huws made his first appearance for Manuel Pellegrini’s first team in the closing stages of last month’s 5-0 FA Cup victory over Blackburn Rovers, prior to his loan move to Birmingham.
