Schmeichel misses Birmingham clash

Last updated : 25 October 2002 By CityMAD
Carlo Nash will take over from Schmeichel as City seek to stop an alarming slump in form which has seen them drop into the bottom three after taking just two points from their last six matches.

Manager Kevin Keegan is also promising at least one other change to the side which suffered a 3-0 defeat to Chelsea at Maine Road last week.

It could mean a first start of the season for either defender Richard Dunne or Australian midfielder Danny Tiatto, who is back after completing a three-game ban.

City from: Nash, Flowers, Sun, Howey, Mettomo, Distin, Dunne, Wright-Phillips, Foe, Benarbia, Horlock, Jensen, Kerkar, Berkovic, Huckerby, Shuker, Anelka, Goater, Vuoso.
