The Argentina international has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League, with Manchester City and Liverpool among the clubs reportedly keen to acquire the striker's services.
"Lavezzi will not move unless an important offer arrives," Lavezzi's agent Alejandro Mazzoni told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"At this time, there are none."
The 26-year-old forward, who is also a reported target of Barcelona, is under contract with Napoli until June 2015.
Lavezzi has a release clause in his contract of 30million euros.
