Manchester City have entered the race with Chelsea and Liverpool for Celta Vigo midfielder Gabri Veiga after pulling out of a deal for Declan Rice from West Ham.
The 21-year-old midfielder has a €40m release clause and, after 11 goals and four assists for Celta in La Liga last season, he has alerted the top Premier League clubs.
Now the treble-winners have joined the race they must be clear favourites for his signature.
