Horlock to miss Polish clash

Ireland boss Sammy McIlroy did not want to risk him against the Poles in Limassol with Manchester City due to play Newcastle in the FA Cup on Sunday.

McIlroy said: "We couldn't take a chance on Kevin because of Manchester City's involvement in the Cup."

Horlock is due to fly back to England on Wednesday morning for further treatment on the injury.
