The Swede missed all of last season due to injury, but is now back to fitness and scored for his country''s Under-21 side in midweek.

A number of sides from England and throughout Europe are tracking him, but Feyenoord are keeping close tabs on him, after he impressed during a previous spell at De Kuip when he scored 20 goals in 21 starts in 2012.

Feyenoord''s technical director Martin van Geel is set to meet his Manchester City counterpart Brian Marwood and Guidetti will be talked about, although he insisted that the meeting has been planned for a long time and that the young striker will not be the only topic of conversation.

Van Geel told Dutch paper Algemeen Dagblad: "The arrangement with Marwood was already planned for a long time and in the first instance it won''t be about Guidetti at all.

"But if I will be there of course I will also speak with him about Guidetti.

"I have read he could leave for 5million euros, but if you ask it to me I question this is right.

"We still have contact with John and he has a special place here and that feeling is from both sides."
