Dunne gets Ireland call-up

Republic boss Brian Kerr has called-up the City defender because of injury worries to other defenders ahead of the friendly game at Landsdowne Road.

"Richard is doing well at the moment. He's got back into the Manchester City team in the last few weeks as have the other lads who have been out.

"And, with the injuries, I think we may need another defender," Kerr said.
