BRADLEY Wright-Phillips netted a brace as City came back from a goal down to beat Olympiakos 3-1 at the City of Manchester Stadium yesterday.

New signing Darius Vassell also netted but City will be more concerned about the injury situation ahead of next week's big kick-off against West Brom.

Skipper Sylvain Distin has been ruled out for a month and joins fellow centre-half Richard Dunne on the treatment table.

In addition, Ben Thatcher, Antoine Sibierski and Robbie Fowler are all struggling with their fitness.

On the positive side, Nedum Onouha returned from a hamstring injury ahead of schedule to play 45 minutes against the Greeks.

Meanwhile, City are still being linked with Steed Malbranque in the Sunday papers and Nolberto Solano is also being mooted.
