Joe is likely to be up against it from the off, with Ipswich fans still carrying a grudge because his City side beat Ipswich to automatic promotion in 1999. Royle even had the audacity to say at the time that City were the better side!!!
Ipswich fans can console themselves with the fact that Joe has a better promotion record than their club in recent years and that they will no doubt become a "massive" club once Joe get's talking to the media.
