Barcelona president Joan Laporta is confident the club can sign Erling Haaland from Manchester City.
Robert Lewandowski's contract ends on June 30 and will not be renewed, so attention is shifting to Haaland.
According to Laporta, the Norway international will join the La Liga club in the future, despite the 24-year-old signed a nine-year contract with City in January, taking him through to 2034 and removing the release clauses from his previous deal.
Laporta believes inconsistent results at the Etihad could tempt Haaland into a transfer request and has made signing him a priority for 2026.
