West Ham vs Man City: TV channel, live stream, team news & prediction - Carabao Cup

The fixtures continue to come thick and fast for West Ham and Manchester City, who clash in a Carabao Cup fourth round tie at the London Stadium on Wednesday.

The Hammers dumped Manchester United out at Old Trafford in the third round, thanks to Manuel Lanzini's goal, while City cruised past Wycombe of League One - blooding a number of their younger players in the process.

Changes will be made again by both sides, but both will want to win and progress to the quarter-finals - particularly City, who have won the competition an astonishing four times in a row.

West Ham team news

David Moyes will make changes from the side who beat Tottenham 1-0 on Sunday, potentially bringing in the likes of Mark Noble and Arthur Masuaku.

It won't be a complete overhaul of the Hammers' XI though, with Moyes previously stating his ambition to go as far as possible in every competition the club play in.

Manchester City will also rotate some of their bigger stars, but they have such depth in their squad that they should still be comfortable in fielding a strong team.

The likes of John Stones, Nathan Ake and Oleksandr Zinchenko will expect minutes, while further forward there could be a start for promising England Under-21 international Cole Palmer.

West Ham's spirits will be high after downing Tottenham at the weekend, and the feel-good factor around the club - as well as the fact the game is a 60,000 sell-out on a Wednesday night - should ensure a vibrant game.

The Hammers do need to manage the fitness of their better players carefully, but it's likely that Michail Antonio or Jarrod Bowen will have to lead the line to add that extra bit of quality - and it could be the former as he was rested against Genk last Thursday.

Similarly, City have bigger fish to fry, but four consecutive Carabao Cup trophies shows how highly Pep Guardiola values this competition. He played a number of youngsters against Wycombe, yes, but don't expect the same treatment here.

Ultimately, they are the favourites and have to be treated as such.

Prediction: West Ham 1-2 Man City
