Well, that was an eventful early afternoon wasn't it?
In the space of a few hours we had a swathe of transfer news that has the potential to transform the face of European football.
First came confirmation, initially from the media and then from Max Allegri himself, that Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Juventus. The legendary forward is now edging closer to a move to Manchester City and although the deal is not yet done, Ronaldo is willing to take a paycut to make sure it happens.
Still, when you're currently earning £600,000-per-week that's hardly impressive...
