According to various reports, Manchester City coach Roberto
Mancini could be ready to let go of Edin Dzeko.
Mirrorfootball.co.uk says ?Machester City are shaping to
discard striker Edin Dzeko at the end of the current campaign?. This has made
some clubs in Europe start checking their wallets, the latest to do so being
Borussia Dortmund according the The Sun.
Back in June, Spanish television channel Intereconomia TV
reported that Real Madrid had Dzeko as one of their alternative options, if the
deals with the then Atletico Madrid striker and Brazilian Neymar didn?t fall
through. With Mancini keen on Real Madrid and Argentinian striker Gonzalo
Higuain, a swap could be on the cards.
Italy?s Juventus also want Dzeko, various Juventus fan pages
say ?Dzeko to Juventus, Higuain to City? as Juventus are reportedly prepared to
waste all of their ?30 million budget for the Bosnian. This will be a tempting
offer, as City are looking to recoup most of the ?27m spent on Dzeko when they
bought him little over a year ago.
